bear in mind though; different strains behave differently. i had one blueberry pheno that was very very dark, with an underlying blue and purple hue. as a mom, it never got any nitrogen. in over five months.

here's a grain of salt to take that with
Yeah... I've cut out the nutes for now. Its just water for my little babys for now!

I just noticed that they are only on the 3rd set of leaves.
    Too early for ferts still
I find that a bloom fert, used in veg, is an acceptable way to feed the plants without OD-ing on N if you have been having that problem. But it's just a temporary fix.

wow, stinky...missed that. Very true. Too young.

You are on right track use the water. you will see the plants react, and you will quickly learn to determine when they need something.

I have grown plants for 2-3 months with no nutes, (actually...very little) and no problem...they didn't grow much, but they were clones, that I wanted to store in veg. Peace

Latewood I love this concept and it is not discussed nearly as much as it should be around these parts, lol.

Storage of strains to me is more important than 'product'.

One of my goals is to determine the MINIMUM watts-per-month under which one can stick 'Yo Momma' and expect her not to croak. [just like the American HMO system... hee hee.. actually I take that back it's not funny whatsoever]

Withholding of nutrients, light, etc is a prospect... yet when you do this, the soil conditions change because the plant's demands change and you are as likely to end up with an acid-cold-soil poisoned plant as you are wiht a viable breeder. (beentheredonethathahahahahaha)

LAtewood, SanClem, Rhizome... if you are at all interested to start a Mom-In-A-Nursing_Home thread.... I'd LOVE to chitchat.
