i just sit down in a relaxed position with my spine straight, then focus on my breathing patterns. i dont chase other thoughts out of my head, i just simply acknowledge that theyre there, and let them pass by. all thoughts revolve around the breathing, the beating of my heart, and numbness in my body. just try and mentally explore your body, it totally clears your mind, and it makes half an hour feel like 5 minutes, and its so relaxing. thats how i meditate. ive never meditated high though, i will surely try that. oh yea, drink some green tea before you start, it makes your body relax. peace
