    Meditating

    i just sit down in a relaxed position with my spine straight, then focus on my breathing patterns. i dont chase other thoughts out of my head, i just simply acknowledge that theyre there, and let them pass by. all thoughts revolve around the breathing, the beating of my heart, and numbness in my body. just try and mentally explore your body, it totally clears your mind, and it makes half an hour feel like 5 minutes, and its so relaxing. thats how i meditate. ive never meditated high though, i will surely try that. oh yea, drink some green tea before you start, it makes your body relax. peace

    meditation is great,

    i toke, stretch, sit, relax, breath, sit, realx, breath....

    focus youre whole being on nothing in particular and relax, breath, and yeah.. enjoy

    I've meditated a couple times... Not so good at sitting still though... Hard to meditate without herb for me.
    I see a red door and I want it painted black / No colors anymore I want them to turn black / I see the girls walk by dressed in their summer clothes / I have to turn my head until my darkness goes

    Meditating

    Meditation is good but i find it very hard to do it unless i have total peace and quiet and i dont get that very often.I cannot stay focused or even get in that frame of mind with distractions my minds always wandering.
    How much can a koala bear ?

    comedown period of weed = great meditation.

    at least for me. my thoughts and ideas flow really well, it's easy to focus on one thing, and if i were any more relaxed i'd be asleep.
