buying shoes/clothes online vs buying shoes/clothes offline

So weird man. Yesterday and today I went out and got a few pieces of clothing, most of my pants getting raggy where they get stepped on from being too long. So I am in the shops and I'll see a good looking pair of jeans, so I'll go through a stack of the same pair of pants, size 48, 40, 42, etc etc, thinking to myself damn what do they think we are all overweight???

Then today I am looking around online, and I'll see a nice pair of pants so I'll click on the link to add to shopping cart, and they only got say, size 29s and 30s, then I started looking at shoes and all they got for a bunch of the shoes I look at is crap like size 8.5, and 9s, like what the hell is going on with the world, do they think everyone in the stores is fat and everyone online is small?

just can't win!!

Since I can only wear 30s now, there's only a couple stores I can buy clothes from, and it's pricey as shit.

But I have no choice. I'd never buy clothes online. I gotta try them on.

I never actually try clothes on, as long as they my size or a few bigger I am fine with em, always wear a belt anyways. All I do is find pants my size that I like, fold em over my arm, go grab a few L or XL shirts with nice designs on em and I am good to go

I wanted a pair of steel toe sneakers and went to ebay. They had one size, my size. 10.5. They fit a little snug but they feel good compared to the big heavy boots I used to wear and they were only $12.95 plus shipping. Leather uppers and a man made sole. Not bad for the little money spent and the effort to buy them was so minimal it does not count.
I will not try to buy pants anywhere but Sears because they are the only store that stocks 36-36 Levis and they are the only pants that I wear.
36 inch long legs are hard to buy pants for anywhere, that is a drag.
36 inch legs is where the spider part of my name came from because of the daddy long legs spiders.

A mate of mine works for Essex And Suffolk Water and drives one of them HGV lorries - and he had his big toe cut off by the stablizer thingy on the lorrie - it came down on his foot and the steel toe cap cut it off.

Just another anecdote. I've got a few steel tow capped boots - but mine cost stupid prices coz im size 14UK size which is a 15US size.

I hate going shopping for clothes. I remember one time I saw a pair of wind pants or something like that I really liked. I look at the sizes and the come in small, medium, and large. WTF?

So I tried the medium's on and they came up to my shins. I tried the large on and they wouldn't stay on my waist. I was pissed.

I usually don't have a huge problem finding jeans though. I always just grab a pair too. If they are loose in the waste I will just put on a belt, plus the bottoms almost always drag on the ground as well.
