omg, I need scale help
so yea I just bought an ounce and I was going to take pics and weight it out..but I uncalibrated my scale by accident, and now when I weight like a .2 it will say 1g or something...
How do I fix that up? Reading the user's manual I figured out I have to put something that weights 100g on it to calibrate. But how am I supposed to find something like that without a scale?!MaryjaneAndHashley Reviewed by MaryjaneAndHashley on . omg, I need scale help so yea I just bought an ounce and I was going to take pics and weight it out..but I uncalibrated my scale by accident, and now when I weight like a .2 it will say 1g or something... 1mL of water = 1g
Do you have a way to accurately measure out 99mL into a WATERTIGHT zip-lock baggie?
That will come very very close.
Or find a friend with a scale and use that one to measure out 100g of pennies or something, and keep them in a baggie so you always have them around.
Didn't your scale come with a calibration weight?
lol I was just thinking that at Staples they might have postal scales on display and you can take your baggie of pennies there to weigh it in the store... like a crazy person... hahahaha

As for the 99ml thing I don't think I could do that, but even if, wouldnt it be kinda inaccurate(sp?)?
