Each pill contains: 500mg vitamin c, %RDA-833, Cellulose, Lactose, Stearic Acid, Povidone, Maize Starch and Silca Questions: im taking 5 pills so i was wondering if any of the above mentioned things would be 'bad' in high quantities? how long should take them before i smoke?
