if your high all the time thats to much, everything in moderation.....if your smoking that much it isnt good for your body...meaning your less likely to exercise or read or do other things productive...i live by a simple guidline.....always edify your body, soul, and mind....remain clear headed and dont get so stoned you cant think strait! I usually take about 2 weeks to go through 1/8 of top quality weed, usually a bowl or two at the END of my day....dont wake and bake unless your gonna clean your house or do something productive with the time....BODY, SOUL, MIND do what is best for these and your life will be complete.

I usually smoke 1/8 per week or so, maybe a little more, but I know some people that smoke several oz's per week. Just depends on how much money you have and how much shit you have to do. As long as your shit is taken care of then I wouldn't worry about it. But if you are sitting around festering in your own filth with a dirty house and clothes then you should probably cut back and get your shit together.

I think the amount of herb you go through isn't nearly so important as the overall richness of your existence.
If you are active and do all sorts of other shit and hold down your job/school/family life well, go ahead, smoke yourself silly, whatever!
If it interferes with your other hobbies or if you have no other hobbies other than getting roasted, cut back.
