Can I Flower...
Then throw the females back into vegetative stage without messing them up too much? Reason being is I started my grow and I used diff. soil and I added some super thrive twice and 3 of my plants are really burnt from nutes so I am starting some other seeds and I want to find out which ones are my females so I can only have them in the box so I can let them get bigger so I can clone them. My plants are about 4 weeks old.

yeh you can do that > I had to do this there with some plants cause i needed the room the males were taking up.they were 4 weeks as well after 8 days i had selected the females and now they are back in veg thriving . dont change your nutes to flower nutes while sexing though keep with the veg nutes ,promotes less stress imo  be safe the postman
