Hey Fog ,
I try to do 2 plants per each horiz. 1000w bulb . I zippy tie bamboo stakes to the inside of the rim of the pot and tie the tops up to it instead of tyin them to the ceiling cause it makes em hard to rotate . I spin them 90 deg. every day .

I wish I could top them twice but It's just too much work tyin stuff up so it doesnt break from weight . 16 - 17 oz. isn't very hard to pull from each plant w/ a lil practice - Hell Krusty used to pull 3.5 lbs per 5 gal. bucket easily w/ a record I believe to be a 5 lb. monster . I remember SoQuik pulling 31 lbs. from 10 plants under 10,000 w. but my balls aren't as big as theirs .
