I hope you realize this post is boosting the ego of most of the guys here because we now assume all girls are thinking this about us, or at least I assume they think that way of me lol

j/k of course, but the guy sounds a lot like me, a tad bit timid, not so good with the first moves, but once I'm comfortable enough I'll take the lead and go for it! I think some guys are also a little nervous about asking girls out in the work place, with the crazy sexual harassment laws we could loose our job just for telling a girl she looks good.

There is a girl at my work I'd like to ask out, but I see her a lot so I kinda don't want to in case things don't work out. She came in a few weeks ago with a shirt that let her boobs hang out and from what I could see, didn't look to be held back by a bra. Maybe that was her way of telling me to speak up, or maybe she just likes the attention, I don't know but I wouldn't want to loose my job while trying to find out, so I recommend all girls take the lead and if you want a dude just tell him!
