Passing Out?

So one night this past summer me and a few of my friends decide to smoke. We are driving around the neighborhood and after we finally finish my friend parks the car outside of a Wendys. We were about to go eat. So we get out of his truck and as we are walking towards Wendys my vision becomes kind of blurry. Then my legs felt kind of heavy and weak. I remember losing my balance and the next thing I remember is my friend slapping me in the face saying get up you ok? Meanwhile the rest of my friends are laughing hysterically cause they are really high lol. They said I was out a good 5-7 seconds and that I looked pale in the face. Do you guys think the weed could of been laced? Or maybe I just got a real strong head rush from sitting down a while and getting up fast changing my blood pressure? Also, I am kind of prone to passing out. For example if I'm really nauseous I pass out sometimes after vomiting. But I never was nauseous during that whole experience when I smoked. But this was just an isolated incident. I have been smoking pretty consistently since this incident in the summer without any sort of problem.

But this was a pretty bizarre occurrence for me just curious as to what you guys think of this whole thing?

i doubt the shit was laced if ur friends had some and they were fine....it was prolly something to do with u getting aheadrush and im guessing u hadnt eaten much sine u were goin to wendys so that might of contributed to it...im sure its fine tho if it hasnt happened again

it could have been laced and your friends just dealt with it better than you. possibly pcp.

maybe laced with PCP but i doubt it maybe u just had fainted from the way u were breathing i cant really explain it but u can make ur self faint from like panting u know wt i mean

if it was laced with pcp, youd know it by how the weed smellled and ssmoked. Im guessing everything went smoothly. Sounds like the trademark headrush of being stoned to me, you just didnt realize you were having a headrush until it was too late and you blacked out. No biggie, i kinda like headrushes now that im a vet. stoner because i can sorta control em. fun fun fun. sorry im tripping on ambien and scrounging up some bud atm. DONT YOU GUYS HATE IT WHEN YOU RUN OUTTA BUD?!?! Im going thru all the places i put it when i had it, i already packed a make-shift bowl that gave me a buzz. Well, back out too look for more bud all thru out my regular smoke spots!

you dont always have to hallucinate on pcp it depends on the amount, any way it doesnt make you hallucinate like your on acid or shrooms it has a dxm dreamy quality to it because its a disacociative drug and it can make you sleepy..... or extremly jittery, it all depends on the person and amount.
