I assume this is Adderal 20mg SR (Sustained-Release).
Those little balls can be a bitch to break up, pour them onto a flat surface, cover with a piece of paper and crush the best you can with a lighter. (They have a tendency to go flying if you dont cover them) Now you should be left with a flattened pile of waxy-powder. Work it over with a razor blade the best you can, split into lines and snort.
If this is your first time i would recommend a pill (20mg) to start out and you'll probably want one more (40mg total).

Don't just snort the balls, it wont do shit.
You could try chewing them, but that would be wasteful and wouldnt produce the same effect as snorting.
Be sure to clear your nasal passages and alternate nostrals, rinse them with water a few minutes afterwards.
