It won't be fair unless you match the dark times with each other along with the ambient temperature. Also keep in mind the ground temps will be much cooler at this time of year verses your indoor soil, also giving the indoor plants an unfair advantage.

Oudoor veg v Indoor veg I got 2 big bang from someone so i thought i would do a thread on the differance from vegging outdoors for 2 months to vegging indoors under 600 watt mh. I germed the seeds last week and planted them in john innies stage one on tuesday. The oudoor seedlings will be placed outdoors tomorow and the indoors will be placed under fluoro tubes tomorow for 2/3 weeks then placed under a 600 watt mh they will be fed only water and superthrive ph 6.8 for the first 3 weeks then i will start nutes.
