This is all just misleading language. On the one hand, yes, it will affect their brain. They will get high. On the other hand, it is still being debated whether or not cannabis helps or hinders childhood development. I believe there are some studies which show that under the right circumstances it can actually _help_ adolescents with things like school work.If children and adolescents use marijuana, it could affect their still-developing brains, she said.
