well right now I am majoring in Spanish with a minor in Outdoor Education/ Environmental issues. So basically that plants my career as a Spanish speaking Park Ranger....wooot.....
My passion is politics, the enivronment, Spanish and activism so somehow i hope to meld all of these together into one fabulous career.
So far however, I've only been able to use my Spanish abilities to translate for Spanish-speaking patients at a free dental and medical clinic downtown. While I was doing that, I realized that it was exactly what I wanted to do with the rest of my life.
BUT! I've been working in dog kennels over the summer for about 4 years now. I also love that. But its just summer work and there's little room for advancement when you're washing dogs and hosing down kennels.
So I see myself doing something Spanish related. I hope it's in the environmental and activism field.
When I was growing up I wanted to be a naturalist, which is a fancy word for a park ranger. I also wanted to be a dog trainer...
but alas, here I am. I am ambiguous and open to whatever comes my way.

Not something far out that you don't ever plan on achieving, but your big final career achievement you want to reach. I personally want to be a Senior System's Analyst.
