it would depend on the tobacco i guess... i'm sure there's some all natural rolling tobacco out there somewhere... but i'm guessing it goes through the same things tobacco goes through to be rolled in companies...

and if you roll without a filter, it's definately more harmful to roll your own then through the cig companies.
slipknotpsycho Reviewed by slipknotpsycho on . rolling tobacco i was just wondering if anyone knew if purchased rolling tobacco was any less harmful to your lungs than cigarettes. a friend of mine recently bought a bag of samson dutch rolling tobacco and it just looks like straight leaves so i cant imagine its as bad as cigarettes, being treated with all kinds of chemicles and god knows what. someone please enlighten.
