if you buy something offline
Well lets see...
Better not lick the envelope (DNA).
Fingerprints on the money order.
If you buy a Post Office money order you are videoed going in and out and the money order transaction is logged into a computer.
Hummm... That happens at a stores now to.
Someone could see or witness the transaction if you do it in person. They could be recording you.
It could be a DEA trap and setup.
I don't think I would sneeze on the money or money order.( Dam that DNA!)
Or perhaps the cops are already watching the people you are buying from. They might get raided and have your address.
Maybe the feds are watching you now and they have your IP address. O, hell they might waiting for you to make a move.
