That is a slang term for mass produced, commerical crops grown in BC, Canada. Very little effort is put in to producing quality. They prefer quantity over quality. It isn't very present in Canada as it goes for a much higher price in the States. They wouldn't make enough money here to keep it, so off it goes to a place where it is wanted.

It isn't a bad smoke though. Its gets you stoned with a few small bowls, but it can taste chemically sometimes, as in very little to no flushing of the nutes was performed, but usually, it's not all bad.
