Experience with Grandaddy Purp?

Just got through my first cycle, unfortunately didn't get to flower any of the ladies... next time! I can get some Grandaddy Purp clones right now, and get started... just curious if you guys have grown it. How does this sweet lady take to flower? Any advice/reccomendations/complaints about the strain? Also one other question.. had lenolium on the carpet in the room for the first run through, thinking about just using camping tarps this time... the lenolium rips and gets holes in it way too easily on the soft carpet. If y'all wanna tell me what type of brand tarp you have seen people use that would be appreciated. Thanks cannabis.com!
