I hated him from day 1 as well. Comedy Central tried to replace the incredibly funny Chappelle's Show with Mind of Mencia.

And on top of it, Mind of Mencia is not even funny. Not like Tyrone Biggums or Clayton Bixby.

Chappelle was funny because Dave Chapelle is funny.

Mind of Mencia is not funny because "Carlos Mencia" is not funny.

Dave Chappelle was original. A sketch comedy show that is funny to anyone who watches it and lets us laugh at ourselves as a society. Dave Chappelle is smart too. He knows it and uses it in his show.

mencia is and always has been a douche. first of all lets get one thing straight, he owes getting famous to dave chapelle. mind of mencia is a ripoff(albeit an unfunny one) of chappelles show through and through. he also has this pretentious air about him it is hard to explain but i think you all know what i mean, like how he has all these things figured out. then you find out he ripped off all his jokes. and the comparisons to other comedians being influenced is laughable. influence and plagiarism are different. his comedy was incredibly low brow in the first place though and even with ripping people off i dont know how he got famous. really his jokes amount to, black people are athletic criminals, mexicans are caled beaners and want low paying jobs in america, white people are wannabes it is the most tiresome jokes i have ever heard it honestly sounds like a robbed his jokes from a junior high student who was just made aware of the existence of racial jokes. someone kill this asshole because i am tired of seeing him say beaner and der duh der on commercials. if you are a fan of carlos mencia you should be ashamed of yourself

and people saying rogan is doing it out of jealousy that is ridiculous. first of all neither of them are good standups, and rogan has been on network tv on a show with way more success than mencia's show which is only on cable and explains why people who dont watch comedy central havent heard of him. also the many other comedians saying he ripped them off
