From what I've heard (and someone correct me if I'm wrong), if you keep your plants on a long light cycle (like 24 hours, or 18/6, or whatever) and then put them outside any time other then mid summer or mid winter, they'll flower. So in theory you can put mature plants out in mid-April and they'd flower and be ready to harvest by mid-June or so. The plants think it is fall because of the new light cycle. If you put them out mid-summer they won't flower b/c the days are so long... they'll wait until the Fall light cycle.
