B12 Vitamins

Ok, so I diluted my sample and took 10 times the dosage of B12 Vitamins, which was 10 pills. ( Supposed to make your piss yellow ). I go to piss in the cup and its as clear as water. I did everything in the dillution guide as well. Anyone know why?

Probably either time released pills or you didn't wait long enough for the pills to hit your bladder.
Your pee wont be yellow for just one shot, it should last at least 3 times before it gets really light colored again.

I waited 2 hours before the test but I guess I should crush them up this time just to be sure ???

You'll deffinetly want to crush those bad boys up. And have something that actually doesn't taste like powdered chunky shit to wash it down with because the after taste will make you gag.

Oh yeah, one more noob question haha. I have to retest today, and just to be on the safe side I wanted to make sure that taking 10x the daily dosage of B12 two days in a row is actually safe for you?? Thanks.

nothing really bad will happen from that much b12.. energy drinks have like 400%-600% daily value
