I'm not shittin' ya, in the last 4 days I have personally seen no less than 14 of those critters. Now granted, I live out in the woods a bit, but I figure if they're moving out here, they are moving everywhere across the state. I have seen most of them while out-and-about either crossing a road or having been run over while crossing the road. One of them HAD to be the biggest Copperhead I have seen in my life. Seriously, I didn't think they got that big...had to 3' long. Now I'm not the brightest CFL in the set-up, but I figure if I've seen that many on two lane roads, the numbers sssssslithering through the forest floor must be astonishing!

Just watch where you step...and also WHERE YOU REACH. I know from personal experience, a Cottonmouth or Copperhead will definetly ruin your day......and a few more after that!
