you should take a handful of grass and make some potent ass brownies, put them on a plate with a sign "Take one please". place this plate in an obvious spot at work/school. that will be your good deed for the day

Roll a fatty, get a trashcan, get in your pool (if you don't have one get in your friends pool) put trashcan over your head, seal it off with water, light doobie, hotbox trashcan.
when you cant breath anymore pull the trashcan from over your head and let your friend have a go.
