Ok I don't wanna go and buy it so has anyone else got any other links that will help me with LSTing and is my watering fine or do I need more nutes etc...?

So just wandering which is the correct way to do each? Where do abouts do I cut etc. and if the lamps vertically above where do I bend it to? Diagrams would be very helpful for the FIM. Thanks!
