sleep paralysis
yea i had this when i was younger a few times, its known as a false awakening, id always want to wake up when im in the dream and i knew i was in it, but once i was awake i regretted it, since you can do whatever you want without concequence in a dream, damn

Oh yea we talked about this in my PYSC class. It happens sometimes when you are awakened during REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep. Weird stuff. I had this happen as a child once but I haven't experienced it in a while.
