Sparkling Water?
nope, if your trying to give your plant co2, big tanks will probaly be your only bet. Cannabis needs a constant exchange of co2 to thrive. Outside its not a problem becuase theres a constant flow. inside, if you dont have a sealed room then you dont really need to add extra co2. It could be beneficial but the cost would probably be more than its worth. the problem with the seltzer and sparlking water (besides not helping the plant) is the ph level.
