Is 95 degrees too high?
95 is pushing the limit for indoor growing. As it gets even hotter, you may have major problems. You should be able to grow all summer in NY in a non AC area by installing two vents. One as a general outlet to the room or closet and a second one mounted right on the top of the light. 6" round vent type fans from the depot connected to 6" round dryer hose will due. Run the light only overnight like 10 pm to 10 AM to even out the summmer temps.
