    Is 95 degrees too high?

ive been growin a plant for the last week and a half under my sink. i've been using just a grow light and a fan. right now it is about 5 1/4", nd iv kept it at about 65 degrees at night, and 75-85 degrees in the day. but with the recent temperature rise, (last week is was in the 50s, now its in the 80s), the temperature has jumped to 95 degrees. will this harm the plant? how can i lower the temperature?

    Yes, that is too hot.
Even worse is the large difference between your night/day temps.
That difference should be 10 deg. F, and no more than 15'F.
You are going to have to put a lot of effort into ventilation.

95 is pushing the limit for indoor growing. As it gets even hotter, you may have major problems. You should be able to grow all summer in NY in a non AC area by installing two vents. One as a general outlet to the room or closet and a second one mounted right on the top of the light. 6" round vent type fans from the depot connected to 6" round dryer hose will due. Run the light only overnight like 10 pm to 10 AM to even out the summmer temps.

Those temps will probably cause your plant to go hermy. Try to feed with colder water than usually and more freequently at smaller amounts and it can help to keep the plant cooler along with misting with a bottle of cool water, but this is only a short term fix.
