i do the same thing. I had a 1.2G bud of some crazy crystally chronic, saved it for a month before I smoked (4/17-4/20). it was my pre 420 party. only thing is you dont want to save it for too long, just the next time you have a nice fat nug, swap em out and smoke your ultra-cured stuff.

curing bud for a very long time definately makes a noticeable difference in taste etc.
