Well.. having background in both styles it is quite hard to decide.

NINJAS would probably win in a ONE ON ONE fight.

I mean come on.. I don't think that even the great BRUCE LEE could dodge a bullet.

And yes the ninja could sneak up on a pirate and kill him, but the others would be quickly alerted when they discovered he wasn't back from belowdecks with more rum.

Ninjas would win. They are taught the art of assassination, extremely feared. For all you know, that "pirate" friend of yours could be your unexpected death.

Now if I wanted to party hardcore, I'd gladly take the crazy pirates....But nonetheless, I'd have a handful of ninjas ready in case they got out of hand .
