For the best city to live in for bud I'd say Santa Cruz, California. Of course it's great California bud but what makes it even better is the fact that it's practically legal here. Back in last November Santa Cruz voted to make enforcement of marijuana laws the lowest priority for police. That means the cops would have to bust someone for jaywalking before they'd bust you for weed. So, basically, they just don't bust anyone for weed anymore. Last year I went Christmas shopping downtown and walked down the street smoking a joint. Nobody even blinked. That combined with the beach, the mountains, and the fact that it's just a mellow little hippie town definietly make it the best city. San Francisco is awesome too, with similar laws, but too many people for my liking.
