All my clones went hermie, can I take cuttings from a flowering plant?
Title says it all. Took clones, put original into flower room and the babies all went hermie. Can I take cuttings from a plant 3 weeks into flower?
Thanks.

How do you know the clones are all hermie if they are still under 24h of light?
Yes you can take cuts from a flowering plant but if you JUST cloned off her I would be afraid of stressing her and making HER herm too... it sounds to me like you have crap genetics and need to find better stock to clone from. There's no guarantee your next round won't go herm under the same conditions.

Have to agree with stinky here... first off, how do you know they are hermie? What are you noticing? Unless you stressed em, why would every single one go hermie? If you can't figure out what you did wrong, it's probably time to move onto some better genetics. Best of luck

I did everything wrong with these free seeds that were included with my order. I may have paniced and thrown out some female clones along with the males. The one that remains is flowering much differently then the other strain I am growing. This was my first attempt and I learned a lot. I got 3/10 females that are about 2 weeks from harvest with my second grow (different strain). I have clones of all of those 3 but somehow this oddball from my first (can I even call it a grow? lol) time is in the flower room and I have no clone. I will be taking a cutting tomorrow and try to save it just for posterity (How many people can say they have genetics from thier very first grow?)
Thanks all.

I can! And Shovelhandle has genetics from my first grow too... VERY diluted by this point, and crossed with some killer genetics, but I saved seeds from the most vigourous plant and added those into the mix!
