well nobody is gonna rob you of your shoes if you don't wear better shoes than them. u can thank me when you're not walking barefoot and naked back to your resort...lol even tho the chances of getting the clothes stolen off your back are relatively low im sure if you go out in fancy clothes or even what you would consider casual clothes you are already putting yourself at a larger risk of getting robbed.

i bet if you go outside in a cheap tee shirt some old blue jeans or old shorts and some cheap flip flops you wont have a hard time making some cool friends, also dont take a wallet full of money, but that should be obvious.

done wear your fucking DG Sunglasses either because if i was a poor jamaican i would bust em up right on your face. those sunglasses prob cost more than this dudes house.

the people that tell you not to leave your hotel are the ones that pay the big money on all inclusives. the staff at these places scare you into not leaving and staying and spending you money there. i dont live in jamaica, but do go there frequently. and it is legal in one part of jamaica. nine mile which is part of st anns parish is where bob marley was born and raised and where it is legal to smoke. i am sure it is seldomly enforced but i have yet to see it. there is crime in jamaica, but usually outside of the tourist cities and in the hills. and yea, the weed is good:rastasmoke:

yeah i went way overboard, its what happens when i take a 15 min break from smoking.

It would suck ass... its a horribly depressing place unless you live inside some sort of guarded community and there is a horrible crime issue there especially against foreigners. Plus last i heard marijuana is illegal down there unless if you are a resident of Jamaica and of Jamaican decent. Otherwise if your are caught your put in a Jamaican prison and good luck surviving that shithole!

seriously all you people saying you're gonna get killed should learn some basic courtesies, like don't act like normal americans thinking you're special, if you look and dress like a bum here you would probably fit right in there.

you deserve to be robbed if you go out in your $50 shoes and $100 dress clothes with youR expensive accessories.

the people robbing you probably live on about $10 a day. So i can understand them being pissed when you can spend hundreds of dollars a day to relax in their country and be treated like royalty. this is why most of the world hates you america. and i dont blame them one bit!!!!!

Either Jamaica or Amsterdam is where I'd like to live for long periods of time.

I can imagine the beaches in Jamaica being vastly beautiful and relaxing, I can't wait! And Amsterdam is just the chillest resort I could go to, some people have called my house Amsterdam just cause there's always somebody smoking.

yep Amsterdam is supposed to be a great place, i hope to go there some day, the laws in the Netherlands are very liberal and they are crazy smart out there!
