Planting germinated seeds while weather is cold?
Point is not to have them strech. You could put them in a window that gets 5-6 hours of direct sunlight and just rotate them 180 degrees every day or every other day.
I don't have much experience if any with artificial indoor plant lighting.:greenthumb:
