Planting germinated seeds while weather is cold?

when the plant isnt gettin enough light to it puts all its energy into gettin closer to the source of light, it gets real thin and long and at a ceritain point wont be able to support its self.

Can this happen if it's outside in full sun?

only if the plant isint getting direct sunlight. but the stretching i dont think would be as intense as inside stretching.:twocents:
