Yea, I'd have to ask what kind of ventilation you have in the room. Without proper ventilation (i.e. fresh air in/old, hot air out), you are NOT going to get that temp down much. And that kind of temperature will give you airy, light buds and a higher chance of hermies.

Beyond ventilation, if it is a big enough room, portable a/c units help lots of people with heat problems.
