To be eliglble firstly, u have to keep the bad seeds and packaging. secondly sagarmatha seeds stands behind their product and so u would have received a new packet very likely.

My point with a tv-seller is that he is being SUPPORTED by the makers of the products he sells and is regulated by law. We support our equipment because our wholesalers support us when things go wrong...Seeds are a grey area and support depends solely on the breeder as they have no obligations.

We keep a very low stock and buy weekly what we need. U could have bought the last pack, but im sure the next weeks it was back online.
