well just think in a joint what do you think the weed is doin while your holding your hit waiting for you to let it out and take a nother? nope your weed is burning thats thc you are losing, with a bong i take a whole bowl hit (no i dont have a tiny bowl just take big hits) but just imagine, the smoke that would normaly be coming off the end of your hoint is going in to your lungs no waste of smoke, thats why bongs get you higher on less weed
