information about outdoor flowering times..
I'm not familiar with outdoor at all, and I looked at a friends plants growing outside the other day, there are several that are a good couple feet already..we pulled lots of males, and the females have already started producing flowers..from what I understood here in oklahoma you don't see pre flowers until mid august or so, and then when days become shorter it starts flowering..do they just start flowering once they reach a certain size or what? thanks for anyone's input..:stoned:

youre probably just seeing preflowers some plants will have alot of preflowers.
plants usually show preflowers at around 4-8 weeks old regardless if its indoors or outdoors.
another possibility would be autoflowering strains wich may flower alot earlier.

do you know if these plants were started inside? my guess is they were vegged inside for a while under 24/7, then taken outside and the plants started to flower from the differnt light schedual. elimnating the males now is a great idea, that way when the plants start to veg again you will know they are female. :twocents:

Keeko's right about the change in light causing the early flowering. This can be avoided by keeping seedlings under about 14.5 hrs light prior to putting them outside.
