 plant help.Yes that is a very high concentration of ferts and why did you add epsom salt? That's for treating a known Mg deficiency. 
 
 Furthermore, did you mix the epsom salt into the fertilizer solution? Chemicals can react, combine, and fall out of solution as an unusable and TOXIC precipitate...
 
 YOU HAVE TO FLUSH THAT PLANT NOW OR IT IS GOING TO DIE.
 
 Flush it VERY VERY well and then go get a better fertilizer.
