I was just curious what the mileage and average drive time from Vancouver to Calgary is - I imagine through Kamloops is the "quicker" way? Any time of year to avoid this journey due to snow or anything? Any "must see places" along the way? Tks in advance

well yeah I googled that first thing - I was kinda talking about "actual" drive time with occasional "spirited bursts " of the accelerator in desolate areas, and also good stuff to see along the way.. Now that I'm old, 11 hours is a pretty long haul for a drive day for me...
