First time grow, Female plants At the moment it looks like I have 2 out of 4 plants that are unfortunately male as they are much larger than the rest and are showing other signs of males :(. I am on to week 4 now and the others are looking rather small, but after bringing them closer to the light they are picking up a bit. I was just wondering if there is a way to make plants feminine and if you could list the growing conditions in order to do so or if they are just feminine or male from seeds? Low stress training, bending the plant over so it constantly grows up and you can manage the flowering easier with a bush of a plant so to speak if you LST it properly.

Ok thats sounds cool, a few of my plants are bending, they are near 5 weeks into veg. When do I bend them to be straight up and how is the best way to go by this?

You don't bend them to be straight up. You bend them down and the plant turns up twords the light. Here is just one of the MANY threads on here with examples: http://boards.cannabis.com/indoor-gr...td-noober.html . If you look up 'LST' you won't be disappointed.

fuck I missed. It is a way of topping a plant....aparently accidentally found when a grower was topping and fing missed his mark but had wonderful results.
