if one had read even just past the MPP typical gov tactic of diversion that works so well on some, one would easily see that MPP's "point" in that respect is moot...and u and them must either b lazy(in which case u shouldnt think your opinion is even qualified 4 the offering) or your do'n it with an agenda of diversion...but its 4sure 1 or the other
