Do you ever wander how many people are sitting in prison for being falsley accused? I was almost one of those people. I was accused of rape 11 years ago by this psychotic chick. We did have sex there were other people at the party I was at. To this day I dont know why she accused me of rape, but I did find out that she had spent time in a mental institution prior to accusing me. I have no hard feelings toward her personally. I was and still am pissed at my sorry lawyer and the freakin legal system. I was arrested almost a year after having sex with her right at election time. The sherriff had to make a name for himself, I guess. Me being ignorant of the law. I was scared as hell. I didnt want to go to prison, especially with that kind of charge. I would have to keep a good supply of anbesol to shove up my ass. They took a statement from her that was full of bs and they wouldnt listen to me, or take any kind of statement from me. I was being railroaded in a small town in Arkansas. I was arrested on a class Y felony and was offered a plea bargain for a class A misdemeanor assault. Now I always undertood assault to mean that you beat somebody up or something. She was not beat up when I left the house early the next morning, and I heard she didnt have any signs of being raped when she went to the hospital. My lawyer did tell me that there was another pubic hair besides mine on her, but we couldnt bring that up in court. He also didnt tell me that even if I took the plea bargain (which I did because I was scared as hell of going to prison), that even when I had my record expunged after five years like they said they were going to do, and they did. I didnt realize that I would be plastered all over the internet as being arrested and charged for rape, and then pleading guilty to a misdemeanor assault.
Dont ever plead guilty to something you didnt do. The police use scare tactics to keep control over you. I know how you feel when you say that you want to get back at her, but what do you do without getting into worse trouble? I started studying magick, I know a lot of people dont believe in it, but I do, and I have seen it work. My lawyer died from a fall about 5 years ago, and that piece of shit small town has a new sherriff. I learned what to do on the astral plane to give my foes a negative outcome. I moved away from that town when my probation was up.
If you cant get someone back on the physical plane, your screwed, but you can always use the astral. I also believe that the three fold law, and charma are bs. If someone wrongs you in any way, then you are justified in getting back at them. This is the first book I read on Magick, and it has been the best book I have ever studied. Its called, "Modern Magick." Im sure that you can still get it from amazon. If You have a picture of that chick that falsley accused you, or the dude that confronted you, I would keep it because you will need those pictures once you learn what to do.
