Aren't those technically part of Washington?

Would they then be subject to American drug laws? I'm looking to get a medical mj license.
A Scanner Darkly Reviewed by A Scanner Darkly on . Looking to move near Vancouver I currently live in Elgin, IL (near Chicago), but I'm looking to move to Canada, as you've no doubt guessed by now. I don't want to live in Vancouver, but near it. Does anyone know of any rural-ish towns near Vancouver and some housing rates to go along? Oh, also, I'll be looking into growing mj in or near this eventual residence -- so include any known info on coolness about weed in the area. Rating: 5
