If you live in an area with alot of gravel roads like I do you could just get in your car with your bowl packed/joint rolled then just drive down gravel roads at 5 mph while you hit it.

Anywhere beautiful, man. A few spliffs sitting watching the sunset, a bit of weed just sitting on a log in the woods. Theres the Coventry cathedral, amazing place, it's great to just sit on the grass outside and just smoke up and listen to the organ music and admire the building. It's not like I'm religious, but WOW. That place is spiritual, fills my heart with something.

Or just sitting somewhere quiet in the middle of the city. Theres feds about sometimes, but they just walk around the main streets and watch out for fights, so they're no trouble if you're out of the way. And you can just watch the people go past, living their lives, shopping or whatever.
