What the hell happaned to me and can I ever smoke Again???
I too had similar problems one day and it blighted my daily tokin to the point where i didnt wanna stop untill one day i learned to "switch off" forget about the negative things ignore the anxiety,
good ways to take your mind of anxiety:
self hypnosis
meditation
yoga
