I am just searching for some ideas for something really romantic to do for my girl. Shes been going through a bit of a down time, so i want to cheer her up. Any ideas what i might do, i live in a small town so there isnt to much i can really take her out to, not to mention money is an issue, i have enough, and am willing to spend it, but i dont want to just "buy" a date you know? i'm just looking for your ideas on what you guys like.

Go to the park at evening and make a picnic. When your at the picnic, give her a Hallmark card and write something cute.

take off a day, and just spend time with her, make her feel special make her feel like its her day

you should already know how to make the ol lady feel special. every girl i've ever known drops hints to what she really likes and what makes her feel special. all you have to do is listen.


and since that in no way helps you out at the moment, here is some more advice. this is nothing big, but its nice. whenever my ol lady is down and unhappy about something, i ask her : did anybody tell you you look beautiful today? she'll say no...she always does. then tell her 'well i think you're beautiful'

Take her where the action is
A great way to ensure a fun-filled date with a woman is to take her to an area where there's a lot going on. Trendy outdoor malls with funky shops and street performers are a sure hit; the entertainment is built into the experience, and just strolling around and talking makes for a fun and carefree date.

Want to really blow her away? Do something she's never done or even thought of before, and take her on a night hike!
