I heard from another medicinal user that its ok to smoke anywhere you can smoke a cigarette meaning anywhere outdoors. Is this true or does it have to be in a private area?

Hi. I live in California, and no you cant really smoke pot on the street.But It really is relaxed here. Mostly cops dont care if you smoke pot. California has a BIG problem with meth, so they mostly concentrate on that. If you have a prescription for pot, they will pull you over in your car and let you and your pot go. If they raid your house and you have a prescription they leave your house empty-handed. However if you DONT have a prescription, and you get an asshole cop who does't smoke you can be in big trouble.
However it seems California cops are relieved they dont have to waste manpower on potheads anymore!

Yeah dude....I was looking at the form for well-fare today helping my spanish speaking grandmother fill it out, and there were quite a few questions about meth selling/production lol....but nothing bout weed. And even the dick cops will at most just take away your weed without a prescription, and if you have a prescription they dont do shit. And yeah pretyt much anywhere you can smoke a cig, but nowhere near schools, parks, etc...

The other day my hubby and I went to Sacramento. We pulled in a parking garage and I smelled weed real strong. I mean STRONG!! So theres this old man, maybe 70 or so, sitting right there one the wall with a joint in one hand and his prescription bottle in the other!! So I guess, yes. you can smoke ANYWHERE in CA! :giggity:
